The project involved all civil and electro-mechanical works required for the construction of a commercial and residential building located in Abu Dhabi's commercial district, set back from Hamdan Street.
The building is a concrete structure resting on 80cm diameter piles, reaching bedrock at 10 meters below ground level. The building facades are cladded with powder coated aluminium sheets, 2cm x 6cm white ceramic tiles on the corners and aluminium curtain wall.
Mechanical Works
The mechanical works included the provision of an air conditioning system, plumbing and drainage, fire fighting system, sanitary fixtures and accessories.
Electrical Works
The electrical works include the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of small power and lighting, Power distribution, Bus bar riser, Standby generators and automatic changeover switches, Earthing and lightning protection system, Fire alarm system, Master Antenna TV system, Video Intercom system"
