Construction of Lulu Hypermarket
This is a shopping mall with a ground floor and two upper floors occupied by Lulu Hypermarket. The project involved all civil and electromechanical works for a structure built of reinforced concrete with block-work walls. The works included floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
Mechanical Works
Al Meaiar supplied and installed all plumbing and drainage, including hot- and cold-water piping with all related accessories, ground-level and roof-water tanks, and all sanitary fixtures and accessories.
Electrical Works
The electrical works included mechanical ventilation, ducted split-unit air conditioning, and small power and lighting that included distribution boards, conduiting, wiring, wiring accessories and lighting fixtures.
