Fast-track project
The project included the construction of 600 villas of two types with associated MEP and all infrastructure works (subject to a separate contract). The project is in full compliance with the Clients sustainability objective to achieve 2 Pearls under the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council Estidama Pearl Rating System. This is a fast-track project; the timeline was compressed by constructing villa type “C” and precast and type “M” as conventional. MEP services connections to the mains, and testing and commissioning prior to the handover of the villas are within the scope of work.
Mechanical Works
Mechanical works included the supply and installation of all plumbing and drainage; ground level and roof water tanks and pumps, as well the connection to the network; sanitary fixtures; HVAC systems and water supply.
Electrical Works
Electrical works covered small power and lighting, including distribution boards, conduiting, wiring, wiring accessories and lighting fixtures; external high- and low-voltage supply systems, and telephone systems.
