This mixed use commercial and residential tower comprises four basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine, 15 stories and a roof level.
Pivot provided all civil and electromechanical works for the construction, completion, commissioning and maintenance of this tower, which is clad with an aluminum and glass curtain wall.

The electrical works for the project include the supply and installation of LV panel and switch gear; sub main distribution cabling power accessories and switch gear; lighting points; wiring and switches; analogue addressable fire-alarm system; master antenna TV/satellite antenna and distribution cabling; CATV system; telephone system; lightning protection system and earthing network.
